You will leave, feeling revitalised, but also with greater confidence on how to take care of yourself once you arrive home.

I will share my top suggestions for the best local restaurants & coffee shops. We will explore my favourite yoga studios, participate in a local cooking class, and enjoy tranquil walks. All selected to provide an authentic taste of the best that Ubud has to offer, & all a short distance from our accommodation.

Hi! I'm Mel

...I'm your retreat host.

 

As a degree-qualified nutritionist & yoga teacher, I feel priviledged to have helped hundreds of women navigate their health, to feel better, so they can start living a fuller life.

In mid-life, the nutrition strategies need to be different & it is my passion to help women feel great again & come up with strategies that fit with their busy lifestyle. 

There is no time to feel confused & overwhelmed with your health...there's still way too much fun stuff to do...and guess what? This retreat is just the start of all the fun :)

What's Included?

Private Group Accommodation

Our small group hotel is located just outside the heart of Ubud & we have it all to ourselves! There will be a maximum of 11 guests. 

Located in Penestanan, known as the artist's village area, we are surrounded by amazing cafes, numerous yoga studios, serene walks through rice paddies & of course, good coffee!

Tucked away in a serene hideaway surrounded by lush greenery, where traditional Balinese charm meets modern comfort. It offers tranquil rooms, a sparkling pool, and peaceful spaces perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Ubud.

Daily Nutrition & Yoga Sessions

The nutrition sessions are designed to be both educational & practical. You will gain information specific to women in mid-life and tools on how to eat to meet your health goals, whatever they may be.

Better yet, you will go home with meal ideas ready to implement, a recipe e-book with some of my favourite recipes, and knowledge on what will work for your body type.

The yoga sessions will be a mix of styles / pace, suitable for a range of levels. I have picked a few of my favourite studios so you get to see these amazing spaces, which are breathtaking to practice in.

Freshly prepared breakfast will be served each morning at the villa, with the aim of fuelling you for the day ahead. 

Savour delectable meals at the venue, and relish the culinary delights of a Ubud's restaurants. 

At lunchtime you will have the opportunity to explore the many amazing cafe options close by, using the list of my favourite cafe's ...there is soooo much good value healthy food in Ubud.

Explore the Hotel

The grounds offer a serene garden, terrace, and tranquil outdoor swimming pool. 

Each guest will have their own room which has air-conditioning, soundproofing, and private terraces or balconies that invite garden or pool views.

Spacious 35 m² rooms include creature comforts such as LCD TVs, small fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, and bathroom.

Free wi-fi, and daily bottled water.

Please note: some rooms are up stairs, and the beds are firm Bali mattresses.

Had such a lovely week at the Nourished Woman 2025 retreat in Bali! A great mix of experiences - learning nutrition, yoga, incredible food, beautiful location.
