Nourish Loaf

breakfast high fibre Dec 18, 2025

Seedy & Satisfying & Super Simple to Make.

This loaf might be mini, but it packs a punch!

Each slice =

7 g protein

6 g fibre and barely any carbs

Helps you feel full and focused for hours.

It’s the kind of bread that works with your body, not against it - plus, it’s crunchy, chewy and ridiculously satisfying.

1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1/3 cup psyllium husk

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1/3 cup hemp seeds

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup almonds, roughly chopped

1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

350ml water + 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Step 1

Heat oven to 190 degrees celcius (375 fahrenheit).

Step 2

Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Step 3

Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.

Step 4

Place mixture into a silicone loaf tin or a tin lined with baking paper and bake for 60mins.

Step 5

Take loaf out of the tin & place directly on the oven rack & cook for an extra 15 minutes.

Step 6

Cool before slicing into around 10 slices.

Freezes well.
