Peanut Butter, Banana & Choc Chip Cookies

Super easy 5 ingredient cookies, because we all love a quick recipe.
As a bonus
➡️ they’re low in sugar
➡️ quick to make
➡️ delicious

I used vegan dark choc chips (I got mine from @dustysbulkfoods)

1/2 cup natural peanuts
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 cups whole oats
1/3 cup dark choc chips

  • Heat oven to 180 degrees

  • Mash bananas in a large bowl

  • Add other ingredients (except choc) & combine well, then stir through choc chips

  • Place spoonfuls on a lined tray & shape into cookies

  • Bake for around 12mins until golden
